Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

​1. Local Pickup (Hand-Delivered / Arranged Meets)

​We are proud to offer a convenient Local Pickup option for customers within our local service area. If you prefer to skip the shipping fees and receive your items directly, you can select this option at checkout.

​How it Works: Once your order is processed and ready, we will reach out to you via the contact information provided at checkout (email or phone) to arrange a convenient time and designated location for your pickup.

​Pickup Timeline: Orders for local pickup are typically ready for scheduling within 1 to 2 business days.

​Verification: For security purposes, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email (either printed or on your phone) when you arrive at our arranged pickup location.

​2. Standard Shipping

​If you live outside our local pickup zone, or simply prefer to have your items delivered to your doorstep via a mail carrier, we offer reliable standard shipping.

​Processing Time: All shipped orders are processed and packed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

​Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

​Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

​3. Damages & Issues

​We handle all of our pieces with the utmost care.

​For Local Pickups: Please inspect your items carefully at the time of your pickup. If you notice any issues, we can address them on the spot.

​For Shipped Orders: If your item arrives damaged due to postal transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at goodnight4me@gmail.com so we can assist you with a claim or a replacement.
