Because we specialize in unique items and offer personalized local hand-delivery, please review our return guidelines below:
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility Window: We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days of your delivery date.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Final Sale Items: Custom orders, altered pieces, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
How Returns Work for Local Hand-Deliveries
Since your orders are hand-delivered, we offer two convenient options for handling a return or exchange:
Drop-Off / Return Meet: You can coordinate a local meeting spot within our delivery zone to hand over the item.
Mail-In: If you prefer, you can ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Please Note: If you used a Buy Now, Pay Later option at checkout (such as Affirm or Klarna), your refund will be credited back through their platform according to their terms.
Processing Time: It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank or credit card statement after the refund is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon hand-delivery. If an item is damaged during transport or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately so we can correct the issue on the spot or arrange a swift replacement.
